Cassandra has been working in the home design field since 2022, arriving from a background in design for technical rescue and behind the scenes management.
Before becoming a home designer, Cassandra designed and manufactured helicopter rescue equipment, was a custom cake decorator, and as well as a scenic and costume designer. These varied fields have given Cassandra an appreciation for the many styles of workplace, and a deep devotion to the art of clear communication.
Cassandra graduated from Southern Oregon University in 2016, with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Scenography for the Theatre.
When not color coding spreadsheets, Cassandra enjoys traveling, weaving at the loom, and baking gourmet goods.

Richard has been a home designer with RLA Design since 2019 where he’s collaborated on over 100 homes and building projects either independently or through Lindemann Design.
Prior to working as a home designer, Richard worked as a scenic design associate with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival for over 27 years.

Richard has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University and a Master of Fine Arts degree from Wayne State University.
Richard has been living in Ashland since 1991. He enjoys traveling with friends and attending concerts presented by the Siskiyou Music Project.

Adam has been designing homes and buildings ever since he graduated in 2008 from the University of Oregon School of Architecture. In 2016 he decided to shift his focus to residential design and started his own business.

Adam has been designing homes and buildings ever since he graduated in 2008 from the University of Oregon School of Architecture. In 2016 he decided to shift his focus to residential design and started his own business.
Before going to architecture school Adam got his start in design by designing kitchens for his father’s cabinet shop while serving in the Oregon Army National Guard. After serving 8 years in the infantry, he decided that he wanted to design the entire home instead of just designing the kitchen, so he applied to architecture school.
Adam enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and coaching middle school football.
Rick Lindemann

Rick Lindemann, designer and sole-proprietor of LINDEMANN DESIGN LLC, sketched his first viable house when he was 13 years old. Rick’s professional career turned toward graphic design, advertising, marketing and brand development, and he nurtured his original passion over the years by offering residential design services to friends and acquaintances by word-of-mouth.
In Southern Oregon, where word-of-mouth trumps all other forms of advertising, Rick found a path back to his teen dream: Designing space-efficient, lifestyle-centric and site-specific houses for homeowners, builders, and developers. His design work can be found elevating neighborhoods all around the valley, from clever ADU additions, to historic home restoration, to dramatic modern subdivisions.
